Membership Access
Your Executive Membership provides access to the subscriber portal and included membership resources for one year from the date of purchase.
Membership does not automatically renew. Before your membership period ends, you may receive information about renewal options and the resources available for the next membership year.
Privacy and Email Communication
The email address associated with your membership is used to provide portal access, receipts, membership communications, webinar announcements, updates, and support.
Your contact information will be handled in accordance with The Quantum Lens Advisory privacy practices and will not be sold or provided to outside organizations for their independent marketing purposes.
Refund Policy
Because membership provides immediate access to proprietary digital content and downloadable resources, purchases are generally nonrefundable.
Refund requests submitted within seven days of purchase may be considered individually in exceptional circumstances.
Downloading and Using Membership Materials
Members may stream or download audio briefings for their own personal use.
Audio files may not be shared, reposted, distributed, or made available to others.
Members may download companion materials for their own use.
Selected worksheets, conversation guides, and similar implementation materials may be shared internally with colleagues when they are being used to support a leadership or organizational discussion.
The complete briefing series, audio library, Field Reports, Sector Reports, Field Notes, and other proprietary membership resources may not be broadly copied, distributed, forwarded, posted, or shared outside the terms of the membership.
New Resources and Webinars
New Field Notes, Field Reports, Sector Reports, resources, and subscriber webinar dates will be announced through the portal and by email.
